Hi all,

Just working through the forms for the CR1 at the moment, which we'll file after we get married on Thursday...I noted that on the G-325A forms, it requires the Applicants residence for the past 5 years - I've worked in San Diego and Indiana for two periods of two months in 04 and 05 respectively, and in Germany for two weeks in '03...do I need to dig out the addresses for these places, or because they were temporary visits, do they not count as residencies? All this will show up in my employment for the past 5 years. I've also lived in 4 different apartments during my time at University, so should I have to list them as well? I've always used my parent's house (where I'm living now) as my "official" address for correspondance etc.

Just a quick check on my soon-to-be-spouse's address....she's listing her US one as her "current" address, but the place which we last lived together at will be our address in the UK, which she'll put down as "August 2006 to Present"...will this cause a problem?

I also saw that on the London Embassy website, they had a form you can use to make the CR1 Fee payment by credit card...has anyone else used this and has it worked okay?

Thanks!

I know on the DS-230 it says to list all the places you have lived for 6 months or more but I am not sure if the same applies for the G-325A....

maybe someone else will have a better answer for you

He has previously stated that city+country is a sufficient answer to your San Diego/Indiana/Germany question. These answers are to help narrow down any namechecks done.

I did the same as your STBS while I was living abroad.

If your STB has lived in the UK for two or so years, she can likely file the I-130 in London and use their local payment method. If she has just now gone over, she will likely be directed to file in the US, and will need to pay by her Service Center's method (check or money order).
