can anyone tell me if my fiance in the philipines is required to go to a FEDUS seminar? we have applied for a K-1 visa. not imigration.

Never heard of FEDUS. She will be required to go to the CFO seminar before she can leave the country as the spouse/fiancee of a foreign national. Once she has her visa she will need to go back to CFO to get her sticker for her visa.

douie, fyi also, ur fiancee can go to cfo seminar anytime she wants. that link dean posted will give u the info on how 2 register. most guides show cfo being done after visa approved already, but she can go anytime really. my wife already attended and we are still early in the process as you can see. good luck
