I'm so happy our case has been sent to the Mumbai Consulate today. I was so worried cause i spoke to someone at the NVC yesterday and was told that our case was in "Administrative processing" I wanted to just cry....all i could think of was God please help me. I'm so happy everyone i want to say good luck to you all and it's a good feeling looking at DHL tracking for today and seeing a package out of all 50 sent today saying going to Mumbai

hey mallett, you mite wanna email the embassy and ask whether they have the case, cuz i remember my case was received the same day at the consulate ...... n see if things can move faster now since you have been waiting for a while ....... good luck

hey Shalz, what is with the mail system to india and in india....i sent papers about 2 weeks ago express world may through USPS and last week wednesday i sent more through UPS so i can track it...it was supposed to get to India in 2 days well that was wednesday and it arrived today in India but we're still along way. This is the longest part moving mail through India...hehehehehe. But i'm going to ask the Embassy if we can move the date to earlier cause our wedding and also because my brother is leaving for Iraq in October so i want him to be there. I also need to double check with them what they need for Packet 3 so we can sent it to them right when they get our petition. it strange though cause they just want the DS-156 in there packet 3 online...but i hear different things...so i will ask them and if i don't get a response we'll just send them all 156, 156k, 230...but anyways i will keep you all updates on the status and good luck to all God is on our side.
