Just phoned the NVC and finally got through (10.30 UK time) and spoke to a wonderful gentleman called Max and he told me that we were case complete 2 days ago

Cannot believe how happy I am feeling right now, am on top of the world

(ps I have huge thank you to Euro for this advice...... I waited a couple of weeks and then sent an email direct to the embassy. They were incredibly helpful and slotted interview as requested for when hubby was in town to come with me. 6 weeks from case complete to interview.)
