This is poppin' up everywhere now Capt'n. I sent you a PM when I first posted it in the IMBRA forum in the hope that you would pin it in the IMBRA forum at least as it does give members good insight into the adjudication and also scenarios when one requests a waiver. Perhaps if I put together a Guide of some discription with input from other members and using the info within the memo. Thoughts?
