Hi Everyone, I have a concern. Mine is a CR1 case and my wife resides in China. My file was electronically sent to China on April 16 and it is coming up to 4 months. I called DOS last week and they told me the file is still in the name check process. Is there a number for the FBI that does the name check that I can call to verify that what the DOS is telling me is true and to see what is the holdup? Thanks
