hi is there a maximum time limit that an embassy (manila)can keep a petition under A R with no decision either denied or approved being rendered ???? can the petition expire with no decision after the one year??? thank you
A petition can be in AP/AR ranging from two weeks to two years. Only a couple have gone past the two years, although it's supposed to be a no time limit ordeal.

hang in there.. I am not sure how long you have been on AP/AR
but give it 90days ... on day 91 call
