The newest I-864 form is very specific about this. Saying that you can use siblings, parents and adult children living with you and then only when you're using their income. However, the old form only says to include all persons related to you by birth, marriage or adoption.
On the old form would you have included cousins in the list of household members and then even if you were not using their income?
