sixstringjunkie,
The I-134 provides a sponsor the opportunity to identify a number of financial factors that taken all together can help a consular officer to determine whether or not the visa applicant meets the public charge provisions of the law. One need provide only information that applies to them (not everyone owns their abode), and then only if they wish that information to be considered in making the determination. If one is going to provide a piece of information then they should document it, otherwise the information will be ignored.
Note further that an I-134 is but one of many documents that a sponsor may submit in support of their qualifications to be a sponsor. Other popular items include paystubs and tax returns.
Your fiance is covered in item 3 of the affidavit, whether or not he is already dependent on you for support.

On the form, it asks me to list any real estate I own and how much I currently owe on it, etc.
Do I need to submit supporting documentation of how much I owe via a mortgage statement or anything like that?
No where on the afradavit of support does it ask me for pay stubs or tax returns as supporting documentation. Is that not required anymore?
Also asks me to list any of my current dependents.. I assume that does not include my fiance since I'm not supporting her until she gets here correct? Thank you.
