Can't believe how fast this process can move after it has left USCIS's hand. Well, USCIS didn't perform too bad either. Our case has been forwarded to the embassy/Consulate last week. And it's so funny because when i called last week ( Aug 4) they had just recieved it on Aug 3rd and the lady told me that it will take abut 2 weeks b/4 it is forwarded. Well, i guess we are so lucky. Good luck everybody.

I am also glad to see soe people coming out of the NVC so quickly. I know that K1 does leave the NVC much quicker than IR1/5 but we seem to be stuck in NVC hell at the moment. Ihave heard the same mesasge since the 17th July - that it would take between 2- 4 weeks to process the amended paperwork that had to be sent back, well it looks like they are staying true to their word in our case it is now 3 weeks and the automated system says the same.
Good luck I say to all of you who do get out of here quickly

Ours was approved the same day as yours and it just got to the NVC today. I found out by calling the embassy. they have access to NVC data base and they gave me our NVC #. Good Luck

Me neither. I really want to get to Ameica for my sons Birthday on the 29th September, but the longer it takes for NVC to get the paperwork the less likely it looks.
CSC still managing to cause me probs

My last touch was on the 7th. When I called NVC, they confirmed that our case was mailed to the Embassy in Frankfurt on the 7th. NVC just received it on the 4th. Very short turnaround.
I asked the person with whom I spoke at the NVC whether she thought that Frankfurt would have it by the end of the week. She said, "I'm supposed to tell you 2-4 weeks". So I laughed and thanked her. I expect that it will be there by Friday. David is going to phone the Embassy on Monday.
My I-134, et al is already on its way to Germany - David should have it all tomorrow. He'll have homework this weekend... With the I-134 all supporting documentation, I included more evidence, an updated and notarized letter of intent, and 2 blank copies of each of the packet 3 forms, along with example forms of each. No excuses. An no more delays....

How awesome is this news!
Our I-130 was also approved on July 31st and has been touched on August 7th and 8th, but I have not received anything from NVC yet.
Hoping and praying that all of you who are at NVC will get quick processing so that you can be with the one you love! It's hard but it is worth it!
Congratulations to all who are finally gettin approvals after being patient for so long

I just called NVC (5 minutes before they closed...lol) and they did receive my packet. He said it would be heading to Vancouver shortly. I was happy to get the case # so I can give to my fiance so he has for his medical in a few weeks.
Ok...now I am really getting nervous.
