What does "touched" mean in people's timelines? Do you put in every time you touch? How come some people will touch each other for a few days in a row, then there's a couple days with no touching, then they start touching again? PLZ HOPE ME!@

Anytime the USCIS moves a sheet of paper on your petition that's a touch.
