I am going to visit my finace in Dneprpetrovsk again in September. Our experience with the agencies translations has become worse and worse and I will need to show her how to email me from an internet cafe.

I do not want to waste time when I am there finding an internet cafe, since I will only be there for 10 day.

I can not give you any specific addresses of internet cafes in Dneprpetrovsk but I can comfortably tell you that there are many...just look around on a main street. It is not like it is in the US. Since not as many people have personal computers of their own this need is fulfilled by frequenting internet cafes.
