my fiance is getting ready to mail the G-325A and the Letter of Intent along with the photo's....what has to be notorized, if anything....and does he have to have an Alien number? He doesn't have one, and doesn't know how to get one?
Thank you so much!

Hi Debby:

Put NONE for A#, if you will have your visa, an A# will be given to you which will be found on your visa. It is very important that your fiancé send you the I-134 (Affidavit of Support) and must be notarize. In addition, here are the lists that my fiancé that time, send me before my interview at the US Embassy;

>> G-325A
>> Notarize I-134 (Affidavit of Support)
>> Bank statement (stating date account opened, total amount deposited for the past year,
Present balance).
>> Employment letter (stating date and nature of employment, salary paid and whether
the position is permanent or temporary.
>> Income Tax Return (for the past three years)
>> W2’s Wage and Tax Statement (for the past three years)

Additional documents for proof of Genuine Relationship which includes the photos are listed below:

>> Boarding pass, plane ticket, hotel receipt during your fiancé’s visits in the Philippines
>> Photocopy of immigration stamp on his passport
>> Phone bills showing your contact number
>> Email letter that you sent to him even just 5 email letters
>> Snail mails that you sent to him if any
