hello everyone i got here last month on k-3 visa and after being with my wife she turned out to be the meanest and nastiest and the worst woman in the world ,she is mean and nasty and bad with me ,she was not like this when she visited and married me in spain ,now we want to get divorced ,i wanna know what will happen after we get divorced ? what the immigration will ask me to do?

well I think you can try to adjust your status yourself.. not sure how that works though.

have you filed for AOS??? if so when and at what stage are you at???

u can take her to court,for messing up yr life,u left everything for her and now is is trying to be mean,sorry to say ,i would drag that woman to court,and sue her ###..buddy,dont let her ride over u..consult a imm lawyer..

Unless there is documented evidence of abuse, unfortunately there aren't many options. The K visa requires adjustment through the petitioning spouse, unless a VAWA claim can be made. While I'm not recommending that you embellish or fabricate an abuse charge, you'll need to be more specific of the manner in which her behaviour is untenable.
