Good Morning to all those that are in this stage of thier journey.
I have a NOA 2 in my hand dated 7/31/06 and the NVC does not have it yet. The very nice person (a live one) could not find it yesterday, and the automated system did not have it this morning. Do you think that the Calif. Service Center flooded NVC with post IMBRA petitions?

I'm sure that your packages will arrive on Monday! I had to call several times to get through on Friday, but that hassle is minor because the NVC is customer friendly.

I also have the same NOA2 approval date and case as yours. I phoned the NVC several times and they keep on telling me that the petition is still not there. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it would reach the US embassy in Manila by next week.

K Visas are never entered into the automated system at NVC... they're not kept there long enough for it to be worthwhile. You must phone and speak to a live person... option 1 then option 5.....
Be ready with your beneficiary's date of birth, your date of birth, and your phone number for verification.

Just checked again with a eally nice person at NVC. They still do not have it......She said average wait time is 2 to 4 weeks. Worst case scenario from CSC is up to 3 months for them to send case to NVC.

What? That's just too much to swallow. 2 to 4 weeks from CSC to NVC??? Up to 3 months??? My God!
Does anyone know if they send paper documents to NVC or electronic? What about from NVC to Embassy in Manina? Paper or Electronic?
