Just wondering... and this might be a stupid question so please pardon me...

I know one can reenter the US without Advance Parole for K3, but does Canada immigration require K3 visa holders to obtain a Canadian visitor visa, or is the visa waived as well similar to US citizens/Permanent Residents?

Any help is appreciated.

If you are still a k3 US visa holder i think you will still need a visa to enter Canada...but as soon as you adjust status and show conditional greencard that will be fine...

Thanks griffin... I'll keep that in mind. I guess Niagara Falls, NY will have to do for now. blush.gif

Maybe you can apply for visitor visa from Canadian consulate nearby ? It shouldn't take too long, probably 1 week (that's how long it took me to get it in Indonesia). Niagara Falls Canada is more beautiful and they have more places to see, so it might worth a try to apply for a visa. Just a suggestion wink.gif

To go and to come back from canada, they still ask for my canadian passport even though i shown them my greencard.
