I answered already in the K-1 forum , but I will reapeat it here.

1. A co-sponsor is allowed for Morocco....no problem.
2. One co-sponsor is fine....you can have more than one, but that really isn't necessary. As long as they meet the requirements for sponsorship shown on the USCIS.gov website: http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/for...iles/I-864p.pdf

Here is some info from the uscis about sponsorship and co-sponsors:
http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/affsupp.htm#whois

I have a co-sponsor and all was ok....

Mary K.

Hope this helps calm you sown....you have asked this question many times.... biggrin.gif , but i understand, this is a nerve-racking journey.

I'm still confused... the co sponsor needs to be a US citizen yes?

Friend.....all I can say is what I have stated before.....I had a Co-sponsor and it wasn't a problem. Co-sponsors are allowed. I gave you the links before for the poverty guidelines and who can be a sponsor and co-sponsor. As long as the co-sponsor states that they are willing to support the intending immigrant everything should go ok. That's the whole purpose of the Affidavit of Support.

There are others who have used a co-sponsor.
My husband is from Morocco, and they didn't give him a hard time because I had a co-sponsor.

Mary K.

I also understand that you are the petitoner and that your fiance is in Morocco.
PM me if I can help you more.

I know you are the petitioner.. I may sound rude by my following comment but I have to say it.. For a US Citizen you have very bad english.. that is why I ask.. most US citizens attend school and learn to read and write.. I am very sorry if this offends you or anyone but through your multiple posts I can't help but doubt you are a US citizen.

this has been answered you can use any us citizen as a co sponser and only need 1 as long as they meet the poverty guidelines.
