We are filling the Application for a SSCard and there is something needs to be clarified:
the question 8 and 9. they ask for my fiance's mother's and father's name and their SSN.... My fiance is from Kyrgyz republic and her parent's don't have a SSN.
How to answer on those questions?

You can put none on their SSN

Actually, you don't have to write anything in those boxes... The parents' SSN is only necessary if the applicant is a minor. Hope this helps.

B. POLICY - VALID REASON FOR NOT PROVIDING MOTHER'S SSN

Valid reasons for not providing the mother's SSN are as follows:

-- The mother does not have an SSN.

If the applicant has a valid reason for not providing the mother's SSN write the words “NO SSN” or “UNKNOWN”
