Posted this earlier in K3 forum but wanted other Canucks to see this.

Called montreal and still no K3 interview - Since May 18th but she said " they will issue a bunch of interviews next week and mine should be one of them as it's been for quited some time" UM YAH!!!

Also found out today we have an RFE on I-864 for I-130 (Tom's only form to fill out !!!??!!!) Nice man named Barney actually told me exactly what we needed so we will have it ready by the time the RFE letter comes and overnight it back to them. He also infomed me that MTL tells them how many slots they can have forIR1/CR1 interviews every month..

Hopefully we have case complete on I-130 before K3 interview as we want to just continue with this if it looks like a month or less after the K3 date.

Here's hoping a lot of VJers get one of the "bunch of interview dates" next week.

I love stress (so does my doctor) I think I'm just about ready for medication - no K3 interview , RFE and house not sold yet!!!

Wouldn't you rather go the CR1 route and not have to worry about the EAD and all the other AOS crap !!!!!!!!!

absolutely I we want to wait for I-130 that's why Ii'm stressing about the RFE. Silly men - just one form!!
Now we're hoping for case complete before interview for K3 so MAYBE we can use it for I-130.

So much kaos and confusion - Oh well stress keeps the heart going (until it stops!!)

I know what you mean our inteview is on Tuesday and my husband is just doing the I134 now ! He's driving me nuts ---- I keep reading and rereading everything he does. This should be fun !!!!!!!!
