IT WAS PROCESSED OUT OF THE CHICAGO SERVICE CENTER

Err... there is no Chicago Service Center. Do you mean the Chicago District Office? Or did you file to the Chicago lock box?

All concurrent cases filed in Chicago go to the NSC in Missouri and the EADs are processed from there. You really got lucky, congrats !
