I received the following email about 6 days after my husband sent the RFE response:

On August 2, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

Can someone tell me what does this mean? How long do you guys think it will take until I get the approval?

Honestly it is hard to say..Best bet is to look at others timelines that have similar circumstances to yours..

my approval was 3 weeks after that messgage

It was asking if my husband had been married before (he hadn´t) and about criminal records.

We were approved 17 days after this notice. But we never received another update to our file.Received the NOA2 in the mail. Kept checking for a touch but never got one. Really suprised when the NOA2 came.

We recieved the same notice for our RFE for K3 (I-129F) on July 13 ---- and we are still waiting for the approval...

Adriana...I would love nothing more than to have that email from USCIS in my inbox. I sent my IMBRA RFE reply a month ago, and they STILL haven't gotten it!!

At least yours was acknowledged. Consider yourself lucky....seriously.
