My wife will receive her K-3 visa this month in Taiwan. We would like to go back to Taiwan for Chinese New Years next February and possibly do the CR-1 when we are there but it might not be ready by then. Do we have to apply for advanced parole or can she just use the K-3 visa stamp in her passport as often as we travel? In other words is the K-3 visa stamp on her passport a 1-time use stamp?

I applied for permanent residency in Taiwan and was only issued a 1-time use stamp and then had to apply for an alien registration card while there.

K3 is multiple entry visa valid 2 years. No need for advance parole.
