Mrs. Forgetful
I learned to cook a little bit of Moroccan food when my mother-in-law was here from Morocco, but I have since forgotten how to make even the simplest thing! Soup! I know you can add almost any vegetable, but I don't remember what spices.

She also taught me how to make a few other things, but she went to fast for me to remember anything. I asked her to write it all down for me, but the she doesn't do recipes. So now I am in a bind and my husband keeps asking me to learn how to make some Moroccan dishes.

So I thought, there seems to be plenty of women on this site who might be willing to share a few recipes. It could make for loads of good talk and good eats! And I don't know a woman who doesn't love adding a new recipe to their recipe box.

So please feel free to add a recipe or two or three!

someone started a recipe thread awhile back... don't know where it is at the moment, but perhaps you could search it out or someone else will post it here for you! Yes, I need to brush up on my Moroccan cooking also! helpsmilie.gif
Good luck!

I've also been looking for traditional Jordanian Ramadan recipes. I've heard they vary from country to country. ... ... ...
