Full Version: How to tell if case (K3) is at NVC

Hi all,

I got the approval (K3) for my wife a few days a go and am wondering how do I tell if the case has made it to the NVC?

Also a weird thing is that though I have the approval letter in hand, online it still has the last status as of when I sent back the IMBRA RFE no update saying that it has been approved. The I130 which got approved a day later online does have an updated status of being approved.

Any help/guidance is much appreciated.

Keep calling NVC and trying to speak with an operator live. 603-334-0700, option 1 for English, then option 5 to speak with an operator, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m.-midnight Eastern Time.

NVC is very much answering phone calls -- I just called them and got status on my K3 with my receipt number.
