I just got my Noa1 for I-129f this weekend and was able to register the case online with uscis.gov!
anyways i have a question. Now that i got my noa1, i m sure i will be expecting RFEs soon. what kind of Evidence do they request for ? i m so confused on that part. Please advise.
Congrats on your NOA-1. Did you submit the old I-129F or the new one? I assume you submitted the new one. It will basically ask, if you and your wife met through an International Marriage Broker Association or not. You will either click on "yes" or "no." It will also ask for, if you have any convictions, like domestic violece, sexual assault, etc. The will provide some crime lists and if anyone has any such convictions, then he/she has to click the appropriate one. In that case, that person has to submit the charges, disposition, and police report, etc. If anyone does not have any conviction, they don't need to click on anything.
