Full Version: Case Left NVC for Taipei Yesterday
I finally got through to NVC at 7:30 this morning and a nice young lady said our K-3 case file had gone out yesterday DHL to Taipei!!!! Woooo Hoooo. I am one day behind Shannon!!!!!

Congrats Miker !! Your K3 case left NVC in a few days after the case number was assigned. My question is...don't you have to do choice of agent and I-864 (AOS) and all that?
You do not complete the DS230 and I-864 on a K-3, that is only for the CR-1, our CR-1 is at NVC now, our K-3 package is waiting at DHL to be trucked to the AIT in Taipei (US Embassy) today (8-4) . For the K-3 you complete the DS-156 and I-134.
