We have had a crazy day, our I130 came back from the dead unexpectedly. I am totally out of the loop on US Immigration as I removed that part of my brain and replaced it with Canadian Immigration. Now I am relearning all the steps! ack!

Anyway, my hubby is now in London, our app to US used his "perm address" which is his mother in Ottawa. Even though we're in same province, the mail forwarding takes time. WE HAVE NO TIME LOL I'm sure you understand. We don't want to have to wait for her to get it, then forward.

Can I notify Montreal of his address change? should I? is that a bad idea, will it add confusion? I already contacted NVC for change of addy on Petitioner.

So, you're the beneficiary and you want the consulate to mail you at your address, which is now different from the one you used in the application. Is that corret? If so, maybe you could fax the consulate? Anything in written so you have it documented? Then call them and check if they got the fax and whether they need something else.

I don't think there's a form to do that, but maybe someone going through the same consulate would be able to give you accurate info.
