So it did not take very long to get the approve K-1 Visa to be sent to the Guangzhou, China Embassy, however.....
All 7 boxes of "Diplomatic Papers" are sitting in the Custom holding depot waiting for the Embassy to get the officials some thing they want to release them, but no one at the NVC or the Embassy seems to know anything about them.
It was going so well......
Has any one run into this problem in other Embassy's, or it is just the Guangzhou Embassy?
If so what have you done?

I have frequently read about approved petitions being delayed in getting to the consulate in Guangzhou (it's not an embassy, and certainly not a Chinese embassy) due to delays in getting through Chinese Customs department.
