OK so i am waiting and waiting and whining to my hubby about not hearing nothing from the USCIS about our RFE. Hubby says " Baby just be patient and dont worry about it, it will come." OK fine we talk some more and then we hang up.....for now..... I will call him back later...hee hee. I am puttering around the house, cleaning and what not when i notice that I have new emails. So i decide to check them thinking "Its probably work or junk and I dont want either at this point." It was USCIS saying they have accepted our RFE and that preliminary processing was complete and now will resume again...... I can only hope this means that an approval will follow shortly. Now I know this is not an approval but I am so happy to think that one may follow soon. Good luck to all of you and God bless, I wouldnt have made it this far with out you all. Ok so I would have made it, but I would have screwed paperwork up and been an emotional wreck, its just great to know that there are others out here helping along the way, with support advice etc. You all are wonderful and I just needed to tell you!!

Great news! It shouldn't be too long now. We just got our K3 approval in the mail last night, and that was only a few weeks after they processed our RFE response. (see my timeline).

I am SO happy to hear this news!!! I have been so stressed about not getting an email confirmation about my RFE replies.....now I have hope again
