My wife just had her name changed in her home country. She changed her last name to mine and added her middle name once again ( she had taken it out years prior but decided to add it back in ) My question is simple. Will I need to notify the USCIS that her name has changed from what documentation was sent in for the I-130, I-129F? If so how would I go about doing this?

I would ring the USCIS and ask what route you should take, In my opinion i would say that anytime you do something , name change etc, notify them so that your not bogged down with RFE's or the like. They may have a simple form to fill out and or can do this over the phone for you. It woldnt hurt to check. Good luck and let us know what they say in case someone else may have this question.
