Thanks so much! It feels so good to join the ranks of those with K3 approval...I really needed some good news this week.
I think we'll continue to pursue both tracks...I just want my husband here as fast as possible! I suppose if the K3 happens to get to the consulate first, we'll have him enter the US on that, and return to London if necessary for the CR-1 interview. (I've seen several of you post about difficulties with adjusting status in the US, so we're not too keen on that option.) And if we're lucky enough to have both cases reach the consulate at the same time, it sounds like they would cancel the K3 and let him interview for the CR-1. Am I right?
Ohh....I'm so excited! I'm going to London to visit my husband this Friday for 5 blissful days...knowing that the K3 is moving will certainly make it less painful to say goodbye when I leave.
