Hello All

My wife came over on a K3 visa on Wednesday July 26the she had her biometrics appointment for her EAD work permit. Does anyone have any ideal how long she has to wait until she receives approval?. I know that it can take up to 90 days, also I see that they are working on processing ones for May 5th But we all know just how reliable that site is at times:) I was just trying to see if anyone has gotten theirs faster or if anyone has had to wait outside the 90 days?...Wayne

Unfortunatley it takes almost three months!!! We are getting anxious also but there is nothing we can do! Just hang in there it will come soon!

My husband's EAD took well over the 90 days. But after 90 days from your NOA1, you can request an interim EAD from your local office.

I just might give you some hope here...

My hubby had his biometrics for his EAD last July 25th... We received the approval yesterday, July 31st and got the actual EAD card in the mail today, Aug 1st... So, hopefully your wife will get the approval anytime soon... Good luck!

I just wish I was that lucky. I had my biometrics appointment June 22nd and I am still waiting, waiting, waiting...

Well right now im on the 65th day and nothing touched since the day after our bio on the 21th of June. So hopefully I will get an approval soon
But we did receive a AOS interview on 9/11 Ironic huh??
