i would like someone to answer a couple of questions...
im new to the process you could say:

will i definately need 3 year tax records or just copys of my w-2's.
i might have read that wrong not sure.

is that on packet 3? or packet 4 ?



im totally confused on those packets can someone explain them
in detail.

That is not entirely correct, shalz. Whether or not you need W2s and tax returns depends on the consulate, and (particularly in London's case) whether or not you are self employed.

London requires tax returns only if you are self employed; otherwise, an employer letter and bank letter are required with the I 134 form itself.

Check the 'embassy info' link at the top of this page. It tells you what packets 3 and 4 both contain for the UK.

oh i see....since im not self employed...possibly i want need 3 years of tax papers
