When does the aplicant receive DS-230 part II? At the interview????
My fiance got the DS forms in the packet from the Consulate- packet 3.
He took it with him the day of his interview.

Mike, I'd say... never. Only part I is needed.
They say never to fill it. My gues is they'll fill it out for you while you answer the questions asked. And then you sign it. At the interview.
I'm sending the entire form with packet 3, and then taking a copy of part II to the interview, just in case.

Laura, I think we don't have to fill it out at all. The forms that they want signed in front of them are the ones that come with packet 4 (check the PM I sent you, Mike), that should be filled out beforehand, but only signed in front of the CO.
At Frankfurt emabssy DS-230 part II was received and filled out at the embassy. I have never heard of anyone filling that out ahead of time but every embassy is different!!
