I have 2 questions:

1 - Is there a way I can make a .xls file (excel) and post here other than converting it into .gif or .jpg?
2 - I've noticed that when I am posting a message and I click preview, it doesn't show exactly what is going to be posted. An example, I'm working on This list and when I change something and click preview before sending I can adjust the dates to be in their right places, and it looks perfect, but when I click post it's like the size of the post isn't the same as the one previewed, do I make sense? Is there anything that can be done about it?
Thanks in advance.

for the list, you can use Courier New. It'll look neat:

I don't know about posting .xls. I think they'd be uploaded as attachment.

nessaandcharles,

Yes - are you using a proportional width font or a fixed width font in your postings?

Courier is fixed width. Fixed width will keep columns lined up.

thank you yodrak, I put it all in a xls file, and i'll post as a jpg, easier that way. Any changes I update my xls and delete the previous one and post the new one.
What you suggested me is like teaching algebra to a 4 year old, all I learned about computer I learned by myself so ..
but thank you anyway
