Does the NVC notify you that your case has been forwarded to the embassy or consulate by e-mail or snail mail or both?

They shpuld inform you, ofcourse. Just like thay should inform you when they get the case in the first place, but not everyone gets those letters.
P.S. What is snail mail?

Mike.

I know for sure that NVC sends a postal mail when they forward the case to the Embassy. This information can also be found by calling NVC.
