Kinda makes one want to move to NH and get a new job! Its way too hot here in the south!! 
What is the economy like in NH? Its possible that this is peanut wages.
Just curious, what do you think the qualifications should be? College degree? I wouldn't think that is necessary, this appears to be more of a position for someone that is detail oriented, organized, effecient, and has common sense, and you don't need a college degree to have these skills. As for the wages, well lets keep in mind that these people may be paid pretty good for no degree but it is very important to us going through this process that these employees have the above mentioned qualification. I am okay with them making that wage IF and only IF they do.
Simple_male mentioned that a lot of VJ members could do this job. So true! Anyone that can get through this immigration process without any assistance has these skills.
