My mother went 3 yrs ago to renew her visitor visa she has had all her life, and it was denied.
She overstayed on her last trip. They gave her 3 years probation. This past May she went after
waiting the 3 year period, and it was denied because she can not show enough evidence she will
return back to Colombia. She owns properties and all her family is done there, excluding me.

What chances do I have by submittint the I-130 for her? Will her past affect this new request?
How long is it taking for the I-130 to get processed for parents of USC's? What other forms
do I need to submit after the I-130? I am currently under cancer treatment, and want to see my
mom asap. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

They refused her a Visitors Visa as they suspected she had Immigrant intent.

But if you apply for an Immigrant visa for your parents this by definition will not be an issue.

She has served her 3 year ban for her previous overstay.

She does not need a visa number, so just the usual delay in going through the USCIS, less than a year usually.
