I am waiting for NOA for the I-130 for a month now(Nebraska Serv Center)
In fact the moneyorder it was not even cashed.
Anybody has any idea what is going on? Does it have to do with the migration of the cases to California?

we filed our I-130 the first time on May 30 at the NSC........27 days later we received a rejection from California due to the fact i wrote 190.00 in the box on the check and One Hundred ninety ONE on the line.....uggggggggggh. Anyway I immediately resubmitted the petition with the correct fee on June 26 directly to CSC...............July 22nd we received the NOA1 from California.....so about 26 days and as of today my check has not cleared my bank.

Hi, it took us 35 days until we got NOA1 from California. They are surely taking their time...Hang in there, it will come...sooner or later.

I sent it to Nebraska too, and just got it yesterday... that is about a month and 2 weeks
the NOA1 came from California and said that the day they received was september 19, which is bs

Keep in mind that NSC transferred your cases to California. The receive date of 9/19 reflects the date your petition was received by CSC.

even so... a month and 10 days to send between SCs?
