So... People are stating to get all edgy about waiting forever for their RFE's to be processed. I searched for timelines using these dates:

I129 f: 02/15 - 06/30
NOA1: 03/06 - 7/21
NOA2: 03/10 - 7/21

There were a few weird timelines showing no RFEs and approved cases. I got a couple of errors and couldn't see the timelines. And there were at least 2 timelines that haven't been updated in a long time.

Weird timelines:
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=21312
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=21553
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=22930
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=18974
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=20352
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=20413 http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=23890
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=24249
http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=24063

I got 81 hits and used 28 of them to estimate, because they were the only ones with approved petitions after the RFE. But, fine. I just wanted to get an estimate. I used NOA2 date minus RFE reply dates to calculate.

I didn't include any of the recalled cases with NOA2s (because we haven't had any approvals, but one at CSC, according to the chart we have up: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20652). I found 34 (or so) recalled NOA2 petitions - some users haven't logged into VJ for a long, long time and I have PM'ed them or sent them e-mails asking about any updates.

The fastest an RFE took to be processed was 10 days, and the longest, 26. So, yeah, 26! (sigh) The average was 16. Many of them, 18 to be more specific, were processed in over 15 days. Oddly enough, I had done another search before and I got 6 and 29.

I guess we'd have to consider that VSC takes 4 or 5 days for "we got your RFE" updates, so the average processing time would be 11 days? I don't know. I guess I was just bored to bother to check all these dates.

Quick question: what did you guys put as the RFE REPLY DATE?

I used the date I got an update saying they received.
Mew used the date she sent the RFE to the Service enter, which now makes more sense to me...

What date did you use?

In regards to our petition the NVC had returned it to the VSC on June 28 and so far we havent gotten any updates. To my knowledge nobody else with a returned petition from Manila have been touched at all

Yes, I understand. However, this estimate is useful for those of us who have already been sent IMBRA RFE's - recalled cases or not. As it'll be useful to you guys eventually. I mean... your cases will eventually be reopened to be processed again. It's just taking forever and I know, it sucks. Although I cannot imagine how painful the waiting must be for you guys.

Also, you're right about cases from Manila. I've just checked the NOA2 chart http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=20652

It's weird that you're the ones who haven't gotten any updates yet. And I'm really sorry for you guys.

That's what we've been asking ourselves. I used the date when my fiance sent out the RFE.

The timeline says RFE reply(s), so... I don't know.

No, you didn't! You used the date you got a notice of receipt from them. Or so you said before.

we used the date we received an email from the USCIS saying that they received our RFE...

Makes the most sense, since it's their records of our case...

I agree. I changed my timeline.
