This is off the topic But, You met online and 3 months later you became engaged? is this correct? I maybe wrong but "I" have yet to see an approved visa for such a short time. I hope I am wrong and best of luck to you!
The Consulate Officer may raise an eye to ya at the interview. Love at first sight rarely if at all, recieves a K-129 visa. I hope I am wrong

Me too! I'm strongly considering going to the interview for that reason. When I have my second consultation with a lawyer, I will seek their opinion. Thanks for the comment, and best of luck to you also.

always a good idea to be there at the interview. also do some research on what kinda questions they ask so you and your spouse to be can study. good luck

Let us know what did they recommend about that. I have a "pina" as well. I met her on 4/19/06 and already planning in spending the rest of my life with her. Are not they sweet? hahhahaha.
Anyway, I will not file unto the beginning of next year. I will go there first and as soon as I get back, process pics and plane ticks and send it away. By that time, it will be more like a year almost.
