I am having the same probbo Lisa...with the same message. Maybe Cap'n will check this forum soon.
Keep in mind these restrictions when uploading :
All photos must be no larger than 100 kB.
Photos must be no bigger than 250 pixels by 250 pixels.

I did...and I scaled it down til it was really small. I tried to upload the new photo and it kept my old one. So, I just got rid of it altogether. Eh, no biggie.

It wasn't bigger than that...I had scaled one down for here.
Had no joy so just hosted orig pic thru photobucket and hotlinked to the pic...
Used to happen to me all the time especially with AV's. What used to help was logging out of VJ and rebooting comp.
