We are a bit concerned. To date we have not received our imbra RFE when others that filed after us have thiers already. I tried calling the ncsc number but cant seem to get a live operator. Maybe i'm not being patient enough...but i see everyone else getting their rfe's....so where's ours? I'm starting to think I should just send them the RFE info to include in our petition. Is there another number to call?

Your RFE is generated by the service center so I don't think the NSC can do anything to help you. And unfortunately you can't just send them the RFE to include in your petition because you don't have the actual form to send - it comes with your case number, etc.

A more effective approach would be to contact your senator or congressman for assistance - they can contact the correct place and find out where your RFE is and/or get a copy to you.
