What vaccinations are required? I assume a negative Td test, but what else? I looked at the guides, but didn't see a detailed list. Did I miss it somehow? Thanks!

MMR and Tetanus in general. But check out the following site from one of the clinics that does medicals for US immigration.

Hmmm ... does someone from Canada need a series of negative PPD/TB tests and chest x-rays or not?

They do an x-ray at the medical exam.

Just to add... if you've had the vaccinations already, make sure you have it in writing (ie. you have a record of it) because the clinic will need proof that you've had them. If you don't have proof, you can get a titre test done with your own doctor (or you can just get them again).
Oh, and for varicella, some people have mentioned that at the clinic, they were just asked if they've had the chickenpox or not.

And as girl37 said, you will get a chest x-ray at the medical. You will also get tested for HIV and syphillis.
