I am applying for my mom with the I-130. Can she enter the country for a vacation while the application is still processing? I don't want her turned away - any help is appreciated!! Tracey

Probably.
No entry is guaranteed.
Good idea to have in hand proof of non immigration intent, if asked.

Thanks for your reply... what would constitute 'proof of non immigration intent' ?

Property ownership (deed to a house), letter from employer showing current job that she is going back to, social/financial links to her community back home.

Anything that substantiates her need to return.
