Let's bombard this guy with IMBRA processing questions. Tell him we want them to know who should be held accountable for the IMBRA processing debacle; the huge delays at certain consulates; the wide discrepancies between VSC and CSC, etc, etc.
Let's fire tons of questions at him so he knows what is on the mind of us sqeaky wheels. He is new and probably has no clue as to what is going awry. He soon will

Here is where you submit a question:

Discuss Naturalization
Emilio González, Director of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, will discuss naturalization and immigration policies and priorities Monday at 4pm (ET)
Here .. Here... Already done so. Also another thread is running in General K-1 discussion on the same. My statement and questions is as follows:
"My question pertains to the USCIS CSC service center processing of I-129F Petitions and the significant slow down due to the delay of USCIS in implementing the IMBRA regulations signed into law on 1/5/06.
What steps are being taken to alleviate the significant backlog of I-129F petitions?
Has the processing order changed from the NOA1 dates to the RFE received dates?
Can anything be done to better inform the US Citizens of the status of their cases and the procedures being performed to correct the backlog created by delay of USCIS in implementing the changes due to IMBRA?
Currently, many petitions are approaching 120+ days and have not been processed. As a US Citizen I agree that every precaution should be taken to protect our borders and immigration process. It is unfortunate that the passage of the IMBRA law was not adapted to in a more expedited manner and we as Citizens of the US are not receiving the customer service we would normally expect. This happens many times in private business as well. However, any communication on the steps being taken to mitigate the backlog and resolve the extraordinary delays in the processing is of foremost concern to us US Citizen Petitioners wanting to properly and legally petition to be united with our loved ones, respectively submitted.
Your responses and attention to our concerns are highly appreciated.
Sincerely
"
