Hey anybody there, my fiance and me had some problems over the past months and the thing is we received an NOA 3rd week of april and sometime in May or June i guess i dont know he received the RFE form but he didnt filled it up,now we got back together and he said we have to send another petition?? How long does one needs to reply for that before they will close the petition as abandoned??? Is it three months?? Anybody??

It tells you on the RFE the date it has to be returned by or before.
