..Is this why I get this message when I try to use active topics, at the top of the page,...I am logged in, i am always logged in,....lol, Just invissy most of the time

I'm getting the same error when I try using the Active Topics feature, so is this related? If it is what is back soon?

Getting the same for "View New Posts". Thought it was me, but it's prob all related!

So far the server looks good with the search off so at least this may point in the right direction .

about another 6 hours. I want to see if the server will make it 24 hours with no hiccups. So far the server has been cruzing! If it is the searches I will probably have to place a limit on the # of searches per minute per member or something. I am also having some pro's look into things on why the searches are causing this. All that aside the server will be upgraded soon and should have more horse power which may make up for the slowness in any case .

If you allowed more than a one-word search, would it help, or compound the problem? I rarely have luck with the search feature because I get hundreds of matches and can't wade through all of them...

you can search for more then one word... I do that quite frequently

or am I misunderstanding your point?
