For Anyone who's recently gone through the K3 process in Casa, can you advise whether or not they require the I-864 or I-134 Affidavit of Support for the K3, since the K3 is technically a non-immigrant visa? Thanks a million!

When I was doing the K3 for my husband before I switched to the CR1, Casa had informed me that I did not need any proof of financial support when I called because it was a K3. Although I have heard different things. Some ask some don't. I would just be prepared, but maybe you might hear from others that might have better advice or actually went through with it. Good luck

They aren't requiring it. Although, have it prepared just in case!
