The whole process has taken muuuuuch longer than it was supposed to thanks to everyone along the way other than me (and my fiance). See my time line below. (Way to go New Delhi! )

Anyway this case was supposed to be done this month, and the people in Mumbai have told me I don't need to file an extension... I hope they are right. But considering they sent my fiance the wrong papers with packet 3 and sometimes they don't answer my emails in complete... I am wondering.

When someone has a similar question in the future, I was not required to file an extension. The interview was more than a month after the date my case should have been completed.
